This Limited Warranty covers defects in hardware or firmware that arise under normal use during the Warranty Period. If a product or part is found to be defective due to a hardware malfunction under regular use and maintenance, AINAVI dealers or authorized partners will repair or replace it free of charge.

Total Warranty Period = Standard Product Warranty + Extended Warranty (if applicable).

Please ensure your warranty registration includes all required information for prompt approval by the AINAVI Support Team.

Note: During promotional periods, we may offer extended warranty coverage.  Please refer to the specific warranty details provided with the promoted product.

Product type and related warranty period

Warranty Period: 365 days from the date of purchase for all listed products and accessories.

Main Products:

a) Head Units;

b) Head Unit with Dash Kits;

c) Portable Navigation Devices;

d) Speakers.

Accessories:

a) Cameras;

b) DVR;

c) Dash Kits with Harness;

d) Dash Kits;

e) Wiring Harness & CANBus Box;

f) SmartCup Battery;

g) Other Accessories.

Returns and Refunds

*We aim to provide the best possible experience. When you request a return or refund, we will assess the situation to find the most suitable solution for you.

Main Products

Within 3 months of purchase:

For quality related issues: You can choose to either receive a brand new replacement or a full refund, including the original shipping costs.

For non-defective products: We offer a refund for the product's purchase price. Please note that buyer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

3-12 months after purchase:
If a product issue arises, once we receive the returned product, we will directly send you a brand new replacement of the same model. No repair waiting time is needed.


For accessories with quality issues:
Please contact us directly, and we will arrange for a new replacement to be sent to you.











Responsibility for Return or Repair Costs

Within the Warranty Period: AINAVI will cover the costs of receiving the product from you and shipping the repaired product back to you.
Return Shipping (No Quality Issues): If you are returning a product that has no quality issues or is confirmed to be working by AINAVI's after-sales engineers, the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping fees.

This Limited Warranty Does Not Cover Problems Caused By

Issues Other Than Defects: Conditions, malfunctions, or damage that do not result from defects in the hardware or firmware itself.
Expired Warranty: Problems that occur after the warranty period has ended (though AINAVI may offer support for a material cost).
Lack of Proof of Purchase: Products submitted for warranty without a valid purchasing proof (invoice, receipt) or confirmation from authorized AINAVI dealers.
Abuse of Third-Party Marketplaces/Warranty Policy: Violations of online third-party marketplace store policies or AINAVI's warranty policy terms.
